How do I contact customer service about my order?

Unfortunately, we don't have phone or live chat support.

How do I cancel my order?

If we haven't started processing your order, you can email or message us to request order cancellation.

Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order on the Order Tracker page or from the shipping confirmation email that we sent to you when we shipped your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover)
  • PayPal

We do NOT accept cash, checks, money orders, wire transfers, instant payments (e.g., Zelle), or cryptocurrencies.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, we're unable to make changes to an order once it's placed. However, you're welcome to cancel your order and place a new order with the necessary changes.

Are you based in the U.S. or China?

Our company is located in Sofia, Bulgaria, Europe.

However, our warehouse is located in Jinhua, a city in Zhejiang, China. We source our products from Yiwu International Trade City, so we currently store our products in China instead of the U.S.

Why are delivery times so long?

Unfortunately, our warehouse is located in China, so your order needs to travel thousands of miles and go through several sorting facilities before getting here.

We're working towards moving our products to warehouses in Europe but at this time, we store our products in China. We apologize for the inconvenience.
